Tara Hayward

Hailing from Brighton, Tara was exposed to the hair industry at a young age, as her mother also worked as a hairstylist.

After a short career in beauty therapy, Tara decided to channel her creative side through working with hair and started building her styling experience as an assistant at a Mayfair salon. It was here she was able to develop her blow-drying technique.

She joined Windle in early 2006, and has enjoyed being part of the team. Her playful attitude has been infectious ever since her arrival. Even so, her focus has remained firm, and she has progressed vigourously through the education programme, as well as gaining inherently valuable experience, working on numerous shoots. These have included Fashion for Relief and Nathan Jenden.

Tara likes to take advantage of all London has to offer, and draws inspiration from visiting exhibits and museums. She enjoys discovering new and hidden attractions, and of course, loves to shop !
