Windle’s commitment to hairdressing extends beyond the salon. We are constantly seeking to break new ground in the world of hairdressing, and to share this expertise and innovation with the wider salon community.

Windle holds regular education seminars designed to improve what Paul Windle calls 'visual intelligence' - to see and understand what makes a great image. Windle believes that hairdressing is more than about a hairstyle, it is about delivering a look, a feel, and a confidence to the client which creates a great image.

We are constantly studying our craft, looking for inspirations from past and present which go to make up our visions for the future. All these influences come together in Windle's very special brand of 'Total Hairdressing.'
